TL;DR: This is the first phase II study in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients to date, where a sequential approach including bortezomib as induction, and lenalidomide as post ASCT consolidation-maintenance was explored and suggested that this is a safe and effective regimen for newly diagnosed MM patients.

Has the 67Ga-SPET a role in monitoring Hodgkin and primary mediastinal lymphoma in the PET-FDG age?

TL;DR: Ga-SPET is still a useful, sensitive and not expensive method to determine the presence of eventual active post-therapy disease in the mediastinum and its predictive value in terms of disease free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS).
