Journal ArticleDOI
Catalytic ozonation of VOCs at low temperature: A comprehensive review
TL;DR: In this article, the emerging advances of catalytic ozonation of different VOCs (i.e., aromatic hydrocarbons, ozone-generating systems including plasma and vacuum ultraviolet) over various functional catalysts are reviewed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ozone-catalytic oxidation of gaseous benzene over MnO2/ZSM-5 at ambient temperature: Catalytic deactivation and its suppression
Haibao Huang,Xinguo Ye,Wenjun Huang,Jiandong Chen,Ying Xu,Muyan Wu,Qiming Shao,Zheran Peng,Guochao Ou,Jingxuan Shi,Xu Feng,Qiuyu Feng,Huiling Huang,Peng Hu,Dennis Y.C. Leung +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, high-dispersed MnO 2 nanoparticles were supported on ZSM-5 zeolite and used for ozone-catalytic oxidation (OZCO) of gaseous benzene.
Journal ArticleDOI
Catalytic oxidation of gaseous benzene with ozone over zeolite-supported metal oxide nanoparticles at room temperature
Haibao Huang,Wenjun Huang,Ying Xu,Xinguo Ye,Muyan Wu,Qiming Shao,Guochao Ou,Zheran Peng,Jingxuan Shi,Jiandong Chen,Qiuyu Feng,Yujie Zan,Huiling Huang,Peng Hu +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, a series of metal oxides catalysts (Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Ce) were prepared by impregnation method using ZSM-5 zeolite as the support.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient MnOx/SiO2@AC catalyst for ozone-catalytic oxidation of gaseous benzene at ambient temperature
Ruimei Fang,Ruimei Fang,Wenjun Huang,Haibao Huang,Qiuyu Feng,Miao He,Jian Ji,Biyuan Liu,Dennis Y.C. Leung +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a possible catalytic ozonation mechanism of benzene over a MnOx/SiO2@AC catalyst was proposed, which showed superior catalytic activity, the benzene removal efficiency and mineralization rate are 100% and 76.4% respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of peracetic acid modification on the physicochemical properties of activated carbon and its performance in the ozone-catalytic oxidation of gaseous benzene
Ruimei Fang,Haibao Huang,Wenjun Huang,Jian Ji,Qiuyu Feng,Yajie Shu,Yujie Zhan,Gaoyuan Liu,Ruijie Xie +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, coal-based activated carbon (AC) was pretreated by peracetic acid solution and used for supporting Mn catalyst towards oxidation of gaseous benzene by catalytic ozonation.
