Multiaspect insight into synergetic modification of carbon nitride with halide salt and water vapor

TL;DR: In this article, pristine carbon nitride (CN) was further modified through the synergetic modification of halide salts (NaCl and KCl) and water vapor and the obtained product (Na-K-4h) was carefully studied from three points: the appearance and morphology, the change of chemical structure and composition, and the chemical analysis of its by-products.
Journal ArticleDOI

Engineering controllable oxygen vacancy defects in iron hydroxide oxide immobilized on reduced graphene oxide for boosting visible light-driven photo-Fenton-like oxidation.

TL;DR: In this paper , a controllable oxygen vacancy defect was used to improve the performance of photo-Fenton-like catalysts for wastewater treatment, which showed that moderate oxygen vacancy defects can not only strengthen absorption of visible light and organic pollutants, but also promote the charge transfer to simultaneously accelerate the photogenerated electron-hole separation and Fe(III)/Fe(II) Fenton cycle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microstructural properties of bulk nanocrystalline Ag-Ni alloy prepared by hot pressing of mechanically pre-alloyed powders

TL;DR: In this article, a bulk nanocrystallined Ag50Ni alloy has been prepared by hot-pressing the mechanically pre-alloyed powders at 620degreesC under a normal pressure of 58 MPa in vacuum.

Method for preparing high-mesopore-ratio high-adsorptivity ecological carbon

TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing high-mesopore-ratio high-adsorptivity ecological carbon, belonging to the crossed field of materials and chemical engineering, is described.

Preparation method for graphene/carbon microsphere composite

TL;DR: In this paper, the graphite oxide is added to the starch to improve the performance of the carbon microsphere composite, which has wide application prospects in electrochemical fields like a supercapacitor.
