β-Ga2O3 thin films on sapphire pre-seeded by homo-self-templated buffer layer for solar-blind UV photodetector

TL;DR: In this paper, the homo-self-templated buffer layer was introduced for the gallium oxide thin film growth, and accordingly the FWHM of the on-axis (2 ¯ 0 1 ) β-Ga2O3 diffraction peak of the X-ray diffraction rocking curve was reduced from 1.9° to 0.5°.

Enhanced Performance of Wideband Room Temperature Photodetector Based on Cd3As2 Thin Film/Pentacene Heterojunction

TL;DR: In this article, a wide-band photodetector based on heterojunction of Cd3As2 thin film and pentacene for the first time was demonstrated, which can detect the radiation wavelength from 450 nm to 10600 nm at room temperature.
