Robust method to retrieve the constitutive effective parameters of metamaterials.
TL;DR: In this article, an improved method to retrieve the effective constitutive parameters (permittivity and permeability) of a slab of metamaterial from the measurement of S parameters is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Advances in optical security systems
TL;DR: This paper presents a review of optical technologies for information security, and theoretical principles and implementation examples are presented to illustrate each optical security system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Deep-Learning Schemes for Full-Wave Nonlinear Inverse Scattering Problems
Zhun Wei,Xudong Chen +1 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the proposed DCS outperforms the other two schemes in terms of accuracy and is able to solve typical ISPs quickly within 1 s, and the proposed deep-learning inversion scheme is promising in providing quantitative images in real time.
Book
Computational Methods for Electromagnetic Inverse Scattering
TL;DR: A comprehensive and updated overview of the theory, algorithms and applications of inverse scattering problems can be found in this article, where the recent and most important advances in inverse scattering grounded in fundamental theory and algorithms and practical engineering applications are discussed.
