High-absorption solar steam device comprising Au@Bi2MoO6-CDs: extraordinary desalination and electricity generation
Zemin Zheng,Huiyong Li,Xudong Zhang,Hao Jiang,Xuemin Geng,Simin Li,Hongyu Tu,Xinran Cheng,Peng Yang,Yanfen Wan +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, an innovative 3D nanocomposite Au@Bi2MoO6-carbon dots (CDs) solar steamer has been prepared: it exhibits outstanding light absorption of 70%, a photothermal conversion efficiency of 97.1% and an evaporation rate of 1.69 kg m-2 h-1 under one sun illumination.
Journal ArticleDOI
Substrate effects on the CVD growth of MoS2 and WS2
TL;DR: In this paper, the morphology, crystalline quality and optical properties have been modified while changing substrates, which can be derived from lattice matching between 2D materials and substrate, defect/impurities on the interface and conductance/transparency of different substrates.
Journal ArticleDOI
Visible light photo-treatment of simulated wastewater activated by high-efficient photocatalyst: A novel heterojunction of Bi2MoO6 balls and Pd nanoskeletons
Huiyong Li,Zemin Zheng,Mofan Liu,Hao Jiang,Dafeng Hu,Xudong Zhang,Lei Xia,Xuemin Geng,Jiangwei Lu,Xinran Cheng,Yanfen Wan,Peng Yang +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a novel Pd nano-skeleton (Pd NSs) modified Bi2MoO6 balls photocatalyst was prepared by facile hydrothermal treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Large-area uniform few-layer PtS2: Synthesis, structure and physical properties
TL;DR: In this paper, a few-layer PtS2 was synthesized by direct sulfurization of Pt metal sputtered on the SiO2/Si substrate in a Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PE-CVD) furnace.
Journal ArticleDOI
Centimeter-Scale Few-Layer PdS2: Fabrication and Physical Properties.
Xudong Zhang,Guowen Su,Jiangwei Lu,Wangfan Yang,Wenbo Zhuang,Kai Han,Xiao Wang,Yanfen Wan,Xiaohua Yu,Peng Yang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the optical anisotropic properties of the few-layer transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) were investigated through angle-resolved polarized Raman spectroscopy.
