Ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometric method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in mice plasma

TL;DR: A selective, simple and efficient method-ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed for determination of two toxic alkaloids, namely strychnine and brucine in mice plasma.

Ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometric method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in mice plasma

TL;DR: In this article, a method-ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed for determination of two toxic alkaloids, namely strychnine and brucine in mice plasma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Quantification of prochlorperazine maleate in human plasma by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry: Application to a bioequivalence study.

TL;DR: A sensitive and specific method using a one-step liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane followed by liquid chromatographic-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometric was developed and validated to determine prochlorperazine maleate in human plasma using amitriptyline hydrochloride as an internal standard and has been successfully applied to a bioequivalence study in 18 healthy male Chinese volunteers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Determination of Ziprasidone by UPLC-MS-MS and Its Application to a Pharmacokinetic Study of Chinese Schizophrenics

TL;DR: In this article, a simple, rapid, and selective method to determine the concentration of ziprasidone hydrochloride in schizophrenics' plasma using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS) was developed and validated.
Journal Article

Determination of ziprasidone by UPLC-MS-MS and its application to a pharmacokinetic study of Chinese schizophrenics.

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple, rapid, and selective method to determine the concentration of ziprasidone hydrochloride in schizophrenics' plasma using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS) was developed and validated.
