Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and Photostability Study of Some Modified Poly(vinyl chloride) Containing Pendant Benzothiazole and Benzimidozole Ring
Emad Yousif,Ayad S. Hameed,Rashed Taleb Rasheed,Hadeel Salah Mansoor,Yang Farina,Abdualbasit Graisa,Nadia Salih,Jumat Salimon +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of introducing benzothiazole and benzimidazole as a pending groups into the repeating unit of PVC has been studied on the bases of photostability measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, X-ray diffraction studies and in-vitro antibacterial activities of diorganotin(IV) derivatives with N-methyl-4-bromobenzohydroxamic acid
Ali irshad,Naqeebullah Khan,Yang Farina,Nizam Baloch,Samiullah,Akbar Ali,Lo Kong Mun,Ghulam Murtaza,Attiq-ur-Rehman +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was found on the basis of spectroscopic and structural investigations that hydroxamate ligand acts as a bidentate chelator and coordinated to tin via carbonyl oxygen and deprotonated hydroxy group.
Journal ArticleDOI
Diorganotin(IV) derivatives of N-methyl p-fluorobenzo-hydroxamic acid: Preparation, spectral characterization, X-ray diffraction studies and antitumor activity
TL;DR: The crystal structures of three diorganotin complexes were determined and were found to adopt six coordination geometries at the tin centre with coordination to two ligand moieties, confirming a 1:2 stoichiometry.
Journal Article
Synthesis and Characterization of Some Metal Ions with 2-amino Acetate Benzothiazole
TL;DR: In this article, the metal complexes of the ligand potasium-2-amino acetate benzothiazole with the metal ions Ni(II), Cu, Zn, Cd, and Sn(II) were prepared in alcoholic medium.
Journal ArticleDOI
Syntheses, spectral characterization, X-ray studies and in vitro cytotoxic activities of triorganotin(IV) derivatives of p-substituted N-methylbenzylaminedithiocarbamates
TL;DR: In this paper, two new organotin(IV) complexes of the type R3SnL were synthesized in 1:1molar ratio with good yields and isolated as crystalline solids.
