Journal ArticleDOI

A highly active, CO2-tolerant electrode for the oxygen reduction reaction

TL;DR: In this article, a double perovskite PrBa0.2Co2O5+δ (PBCC) cathode with excellent ORR activity and remarkable CO2 tolerance under realistic operation conditions was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Highly Efficient Multi-phase Catalyst Dramatically Enhances the Rate of Oxygen Reduction

TL;DR: In this article, a multi-phase catalyst coating (∼30nm thick), composed of BaCoO 3−x (BCO) and PrCoO3−x nanoparticles (NPs) and a conformal PrBa 0.2 Co 2 O 5+δ (PBCC) thin film, has dramatically enhanced the rate of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR).
Journal ArticleDOI

Reconstruction of relaxation time distribution from linear electrochemical impedance spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this paper, a method to reconstruct DRT function of impedance based on Tikhonov regularization is presented unambiguously, and the robustness of the DRT reconstruction to resist noise imbedded in impedance data and numerical calculations can be accomplished by optimizing the weighting factor λ according to well defined criterion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low temperature solid oxide fuel cells with hierarchically porous cathode nano-network

TL;DR: In this article, high performance low temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) with hierarchically porous nano cathode network (Sm0.5Sr0.9O2−δ, SSC-GDC) was fabricated by vacuum-free infiltration and subsequent freeze-drying combustion.
