Journal ArticleDOI
Ising Superconductivity and Quantum Phase Transition in Macro-Size Monolayer NbSe2.
Ying Xing,Kun Zhao,Pujia Shan,Feipeng Zheng,Yangwei Zhang,Hailong Fu,Yi Liu,Mingliang Tian,Chuanying Xi,Haiwen Liu,Ji Feng,Xi Lin,Shuai-Hua Ji,Xi Chen,Qi-Kun Xue,Jian Wang,Jian Wang +16 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors have successfully prepared macro-size atomically flat monolayer NbSe2 films on bilayer graphene terminated surface of 6H-SiC(0001) substrates by a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anisotropic magnetotransport and exotic longitudinal linear magnetoresistance in WT e 2 crystals
Yanfei Zhao,Haiwen Liu,Jiaqiang Yan,Jiaqiang Yan,Wei An,Jun Liu,Xi Zhang,Huichao Wang,Yi Liu,Hua Jiang,Qing Li,Yong Wang,Xin-Zheng Li,David Mandrus,David Mandrus,X. C. Xie,Minghu Pan,Jing Wang +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the angular dependence of the magnetoresistance in a WTe2 single crystal was studied and the significant anisotropic magnetotransport behavior in different magnetic field directions and violation of the Kohler's rule was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Intermediate bosonic metallic state in the superconductor-insulator transition
Chao Yang,Yi Liu,Yang Wang,Liu Feng,Qianmei He,Jian Sun,Yue Tang,Chunchun Wu,Jie Xiong,Wanli Zhang,Xi Lin,Hong Yao,Haiwen Liu,Gustavo E. Fernandes,Jimmy Xu,James M. Valles,Jian Wang,Yanrong Li +17 more
TL;DR: How quantum phase coherence evolves across superconductor–metal–insulator transitions through magnetoconductance quantum oscillations in nanopatterned high-temperature superconducting films is studied and it is suggested that the anomalous metallic state is bosonic and that the saturation ofphase coherence plays a prominent role in its formation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Atomic line defects and zero-energy end states in monolayer Fe(Te,Se) high-temperature superconductors
TL;DR: In this article, a class of topological line defect excitations in two-dimensional superconductor FeTe 0.5Se0.5 films were shown to exist at both ends of a one-dimensional atomic line defect in monolayer iron-based high-temperature super-conductor.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nontrivial superconductivity in topological MoTe2−xSx crystals
Yanan Li,Yanan Li,Qiangqiang Gu,Chen Chen,Jun Zhang,Qin Liu,Xiyao Hu,Jun Liu,Yi Liu,Langsheng Ling,Mingliang Tian,Yong Wang,Nitin Samarth,Shiyan Li,Tong Zhang,Ji Feng,Ji Feng,Jian Wang,Jian Wang +18 more
TL;DR: It is found that Td-phase S-doped MoTe2 (MoTe2−xSx, x ∼ 0.2) is a two-band s-wave bulk superconductor, where the superconducting behavior can be explained by the s+− pairing model.
