Journal ArticleDOI

Ising Superconductivity and Quantum Phase Transition in Macro-Size Monolayer NbSe2.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors have successfully prepared macro-size atomically flat monolayer NbSe2 films on bilayer graphene terminated surface of 6H-SiC(0001) substrates by a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anisotropic magnetotransport and exotic longitudinal linear magnetoresistance in WT e 2 crystals

TL;DR: In this paper, the angular dependence of the magnetoresistance in a WTe2 single crystal was studied and the significant anisotropic magnetotransport behavior in different magnetic field directions and violation of the Kohler's rule was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Intermediate bosonic metallic state in the superconductor-insulator transition

TL;DR: How quantum phase coherence evolves across superconductor–metal–insulator transitions through magnetoconductance quantum oscillations in nanopatterned high-temperature superconducting films is studied and it is suggested that the anomalous metallic state is bosonic and that the saturation ofphase coherence plays a prominent role in its formation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Atomic line defects and zero-energy end states in monolayer Fe(Te,Se) high-temperature superconductors

TL;DR: In this article, a class of topological line defect excitations in two-dimensional superconductor FeTe 0.5Se0.5 films were shown to exist at both ends of a one-dimensional atomic line defect in monolayer iron-based high-temperature super-conductor.
