Dual-Site Passivation of Tin-Related Defects Enabling Efficient Lead-free Tin Perovskite Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this paper , a dual-site passivation of Sn-related defects in lead-free Sn perovskite solar cells was reported, which achieved a power conversion efficiency of 14.23% with long-term durability of keeping ∼93% of its initial efficiency after storing for ∼4000 h and improved operational stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pure 2D Perovskite Formation by Interfacial Engineering Yields a High Open‐Circuit Voltage beyond 1.28 V for 1.77‐eV Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this article , a facile strategy of precisely tailoring the phase purity of 2D perovskites on top of 3D WBG perovsite and realizing high device efficiency is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Monolithic carbon aerogels within foam framework for high-temperature thermal insulation and organics absorption.

TL;DR: In this article , a facile sol-gel polymerization of phenolic resin within melamine foam (MF) is used to obtain large-scale carbon aerogels with high porosity, good electrical conductivity, and low thermal conductivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Improved Carrier Management via a Multifunctional Modifier for High‐Quality Low‐Bandgap Sn–Pb Perovskites and Efficient All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this paper , a carrier management strategy is reported for using cysteine hydrochloride (CysHCl) simultaneously as a bulky passivator and a surface anchoring agent for Sn-Pb perovskite.
