Completely green and sustainable preparation of PVDF hollow fiber membranes via melt-spinning and stretching method.

TL;DR: In this work, the poly(vinylidene fluoride) hollow fiber membranes with switchable pore size were fabricated by melt-spinning and stretching (MS-S) process based on a completely green and sustainable route and the recycled PEO could be reused as pore forming agent, which could achieve completelygreen and sustainable membrane preparation process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Green preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride loose nanofiltration hollow fiber membranes with multilayer structure for treating textile wastewater.

TL;DR: In this work, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) loose nanofiltration (NF) hollow fiber membranes with multilayer structure were prepared successfully based on a solvent-free process with a great potential for separating dye/salt accurately.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solvent-free green fabrication of PVDF hollow fiber MF membranes with controlled pore structure via melt-spinning and stretching

TL;DR: In this paper, a solvent-free and green route was developed to prepare polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes through melt-spinning and stretching (MS-S) technique based on the interface pore theory.
Journal ArticleDOI

Green preparation of PVDF hollow fiber membranes with multiple pore structure via melt spinning method for oil/water separation

TL;DR: In this paper , the influence of different contents of CaCl2 and PEG on the membrane's structure and properties were studied based on the pore size distribution, porosity, permeation flux, and oil/water separation test etc.
