NiCo2O4-based materials for electrochemical supercapacitors

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the energy storage mechanism of NiCo2O4, summarized the methodologies and nanostructures discovered in recent years, and pointed out the potential problems and future prospects of utilizing NiCo 2O4-based materials as supercapacitor electrodes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mesoporous NiCo2S4 nanoparticles as high-performance electrode materials for supercapacitors

TL;DR: In this article, mesoporous NiCo 2 S 4 nanoparticles were used as a supercapacitor electrode material to achieve high specific capacitance (1440 F g −1 at 3 ǫg −1 ) after 250 cycles, exceptional rate capability (75.1% capacity retention from 2 to 50 g − 1 ) and cycling stability (107.9% of initial capacity retention for 1000 cycles).
Journal ArticleDOI

A carbon quantum dot decorated RuO2 network: outstanding supercapacitances under ultrafast charge and discharge

TL;DR: In this article, a new application in the form of a CQD-based hybrid as an excellent electrode material for supercapacitors is reported for the first time, which is fabricated by a facile chemical oxidation method following which they are thermally reduced, and further decorated with RuO2 to obtain the composites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Porous NiCo2O4 spheres tuned through carbon quantum dots utilised as advanced materials for an asymmetric supercapacitor

TL;DR: In this article, carbon quantum dots (CQDs) tuned porous NiCo2O4 sphere composites are prepared for the first time via a reflux synthesis route followed by a post annealing treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurements of the cross section for e(+)e(-) --> hadrons at center-of-mass energies from 2 to 5 GeV.

J. Z. Bai, +185 more
TL;DR: Values of R = sigma(e(+e(-)-->hadrons)/sigma( e(+)e (-)-->mu(+)mu(-)) for 85 center-of-mass energies between 2 and 5 GeV measured with the upgraded Beijing Spectrometer at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider are reported.
