Journal ArticleDOI

Nonlinear Bicolor Holography Using Plasmonic Metasurfaces.

TL;DR: In this paper, nonlinear metasurface holography is used to control the phase, amplitude, and polarization of light while simultaneously converting the frequency of the light in a nonlinear manner.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

3D holographic display with enlarged image using a concave reflecting mirror

TL;DR: In this paper, a method to enlarge the 3D image in holographic display using a concave reflecting mirror based on the optical reversibility theorem was proposed, where the ho lograms were computed using the look-up table (LUT) method, and the common data of the objects were compressed to reduce the memory usage of LUT.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polarization properties of single metallic nano-spheroid using 3-D boundary element method

TL;DR: In this article, the polarization properties of an individual metallic nano-spheroid illuminated by linearly polarized light are studied based on 3-D boundary element method, and the scattering cross sections and local field enhancements are investigated in detail when the incident lights are with different polarization directions and wavelengths.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Vision-based hybrid tracking scheme for accurate registration in AR system

TL;DR: A hybrid tracking scheme that combines the robustness of the magnetic tracking and the static accuracy of the vision based tracking is developed and the results validate the feasibility of the proposed AR system.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Wavefront modulation by complex amplitude in holographic display

TL;DR: Though there are still some disadvantages in these modulation methods, because of offering the more flexibilities, it is believed that complex amplitude modulation plays more significant role in optics.
