Josephson characteristics in a‐axis oriented YBa2Cu3O7−δ/PrBa2Cu3O7−δ’/YBa2Cu3O7−δ junctions

TL;DR: In this paper, a sandwich-type alloxide Josephson junction consisting of an a-axis oriented YBa2Cu3O7−δ/PrBa2cu3O6−Δ/YBa2C3O8−ε/YC2C4O7 −δ
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization of Polycrystalline Silicon MOS Transistors and Its Film Properties. I

TL;DR: In this paper, the characterization of polycrystalline silicon MOS transistors and its film properties is studied, with special emphasis on the relationship between crystalline defects and carrier transport phenomena.

Electrically erasable and programmable read only memory

TL;DR: In this article, an electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory consisting of a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type, source and drain regions both of a second conductivities type formed in the surface of the substrate, a gate insulation film formed on that section of the surface which includes a channel region defined between the source and the drain regions, a first diffusion region of the second conductivity types, part of which is formed in said substrate and contacts said drain region and which has a lower impurity concentration than the drain region.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Oxygen Partial Pressure and Substrate Temperature on Crystalline Orientation in Y–Ba–Cu–O Films Prepared by Sputtering

TL;DR: In this article, the dependence of crystalline orientation in Y-Ba-Cu-O films on oxygen partial pressure and substrate temperature was investigated for films prepared by magnetron sputtering on (100) SrTiO3 and (100 MgO substrates.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural Features and Superconducting Properties of As-Grown Y–Ba–Cu–O Films

TL;DR: In this article, structural features of superconducting Y-Ba-Cu-O films prepared by reactive sputtering have been discussed in relation to the preparation conditions, conductivity anisotropy and anomalous diamagnetic response observed for the films have also been discussed.
