Journal ArticleDOI

Thymidylate Synthase and Dihydropyrimidine Dehydrogenase mRNA Levels in Thymoma

TL;DR: The combined use of measurements of TS and DPD mRNA levels using real-time RT-PCR analyses may provide an indication of the selective cytoxicity of 5-FU on thymoma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Keap1 mutations in lung cancer patients.

TL;DR: The completely exclusive status of this mutation and others, including EGFR, Kas, erbB2 and NRF2L2, is likely to improve the selection of personalized therapy for lung cancer.

Journal ArticleDOI

Increased Sox2 copy number in lung squamous cell carcinomas.

TL;DR: The increased copy number of the Sox2 gene was analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction amplifications in 127 surgically treated non-small cell lung cancer cases from Nagoya City University Hospital, Japan and among the SCCs, the Sox1 copy number status was not significantly correlated with gender, smoking status, pathological stage or differentiation status.
