Recently, Kovalenko and co-workers and Li and co-workers developed CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) inorganic perovskite quantum dots (IPQDs), which exhibited ultrahigh photoluminescence (PL) quantum yields (QYs), low-threshold lasing, and multicolor electroluminescence. However, the usual synthesis needs high temperature, inert gas protection, and localized injection operation, which are severely against applications. Moreover, the so unexpectedly high QYs are very confusing. Here, for the first time, the IPQDs' room-temperature (RT) synthesis, superior PL, underlying origins and potentials in lighting and displays are reported. The synthesis is designed according to supersaturated recrystallization (SR), which is operated at RT, within few seconds, free from inert gas and injection operation. Although formed at RT, IPQDs' PLs have QYs of 80%, 95%, 70%, and FWHMs of 35, 20, and 18 nm for red, green, and blue emissions. As to the origins, the observed 40 meV exciton binding energy, halogen self-passivation effect, and CsPbX3@X quantum-well band alignment are proposed to guarantee the excitons generation and high-rate radiative recombination at RT. Moreover, such superior optical merits endow them with promising potentials in lighting and displays, which are primarily demonstrated by the white light-emitting diodes with tunable color temperature and wide color gamut.

This letter presents an output-capacitor-free cascaded 2-power-transistor low-dropout (2-PT LDO) regulator with ultrahigh power supply rejection (PSR) and fast transient response for low-power biomedical system on chips. The proposed 2-PT LDO consists of two stages in series, and the total dropout voltage is 200 mV. In order to boost the total PSR in a wide frequency range, different PSR enhancement strategies are adopted in each stage and a reversed-phase supply-ripple-cancelation technique is provided by a proposed reference buffer to further improve the PSR performance. Furthermore, adaptive biasing with robust frequency compensation is utilized to maintain system stability with fast transient response. Designed and fabricated in a 0.18-<inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$\mu \text{m}$ </tex-math></inline-formula> CMOS process, the active area is only 0.0237 mm<sup>2</sup>. With the input voltage of 1.1–1.2 V, the 2-PT LDO supplies 0.9–1 V with a total quiescent current of <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$24.2~\mu \text{A}$ </tex-math></inline-formula> at no-load current. Experimental results show that PSR is better than −95dB up to 100 kHz.

Ultrahigh PSR Output-Capacitor-Free Adaptively Biased 2-Power-Transistor LDO With 200-mV Dropout

Limited by the flexibility of the detection instrument, the current research reports on rapid detection of honey authenticity are mainly about algorithm research under the laboratory conditions. External cavity quantum cascade laser (EC-QCL) is a new sensor technology, has the advantages of high power, high flux and high flexibility, which is very suitable for the development of in-situ detection instrument. In this study, we developed a novel miniaturized detection system based on EC-QCL for detecting sweeteners in Vitex honey, and established the discrimination model of honey authenticity based on the EC-QCL detection system combined with partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and support vector machine (SVM), respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the validation set of the best model were both 100%, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUROC) is greater than 0.99. In addition, the performance of the discrimination model trained using data obtained by EC-QCL system are better than that established by traditional detection equipment under the same conditions. The results show that EC-QCL detection system provides a potential solution for the rapid in-situ detection of honey authenticity.

The invention discloses a lead-tin blended perovskite layer and a preparation method and an application thereof. The lead-tin blended perovskite layer is prepared by adding a stabilizer into a lead-tin blended perovskite precursor solution, wherein the stabilizer is a metal reducing agent. By adding the reducing metal powder into the perovskite precursor solution, the oxidation of divalent tin ions in the lead-tin blended perovskite precursor solution is effectively inhibited, the quality of the lead-tin blended perovskite layer is improved, and the defect state density is reduced, so that thephotoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved.
