Controllable fabrication of hydroxybutyl chitosan/oxidized chondroitin sulfate hydrogels by 3D bioprinting technique for cartilage tissue engineering

TL;DR: The results indicated that human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells could be 3D cultured in HBC/OCS hydrogel maintaining good viability and the hydrogels were found to trigger the least amount of pro-inflammatory gene expression of macrophage and to inhibit acute immune responses in 7 d.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bio-inspired, bio-degradable adenosine 5′-diphosphate-modified hyaluronic acid coordinated hydrophobic undecanal-modified chitosan for hemostasis and wound healing

TL;DR: Based on spontaneous blood cell plug formation in the hemostasis process, an adenosine 5'-diphosphate modified pro-coagulation hyaluronic acid (HA-ADP) coordinated with enhanced antibacterial activity of undecanal modified chitosan (UCS) was fabricated through physical electrostatic cross-linking and freeze-drying as mentioned in this paper .
Journal ArticleDOI

A Review of Hand Function Rehabilitation Systems Based on Hand Motion Recognition Devices and Artificial Intelligence

TL;DR: The current research status of hand function rehabilitation devices based on various types of hand motion recognition technologies and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, reviews the application of artificial intelligence in hand rehabilitation robots, and summarizes the current research limitations and discusses future research directions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Expert consensus on the design, manufacture, materials, and clinical application of customized three-dimensional printing scoliosis orthosis

TL;DR: To standardize the design, manufacture, materials, and clinical applications of 3D printing technology in the scoliosis orthosis, Chinese experts in relevant fields were organized to formulate this expert consensus.
