Rational design of AIE-based fluorescent probes for hypochlorite detection in real water samples and live cell imaging.

TL;DR: In this article, four aggregation-induced emission (AIE)-based fluorescent probes containing C˭C double bonds as potential reaction sites were constructed, and their sensing performance for ClO- was systematically studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Keratin-derived heteroatoms-doped hierarchical porous carbon materials for all-solid flexible supercapacitors

TL;DR: In this paper, N, O, S co-doped hierarchical porous carbons are developed utilizing low cost and sustainable keratin obtained from chicken feathers as a precursor, and the as prepared H2SO4-KK-3 possesses an ultrahigh specific surface area of 2864m2.g−1 with a total pore volume of 1.461m3.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biosafety chemistry and biosafety materials: A new perspective to solve biosafety problems

TL;DR: In this article , a new concept of biosafety chemistry and materials was proposed, which refers to the interdisciplinary integration of bio-safety and chemistry or materials, and a pragmatic perspective on approaches to utilize the knowledge of these two subjects to handle specific biosafety issues, such as detection and disinfection of pathogenic microorganisms, personal protective equipment, vaccine adjuvants and specific drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

A facile ratiometric sensing platform based on inner filter effect for hypochlorous acid detection

TL;DR: In this article, a facile inner filter effect (IFE)-based ratiometric sensing platform (SP) was constructed for HOCl detection in 100% aqueous solution and live cell imaging.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prepared carbon dots from wheat straw for detection of Cu2+ in cells and zebrafish and room temperature phosphorescent anti-counterfeiting.

TL;DR: In this paper , using wheat straw as a single precursor, carbon dots (CDs) were prepared through a one-step carbonization process, and the obtained CDs have intense blue luminescence and excitation-independent photoluminescent behavior.
