Journal ArticleDOI
Evolution of functional properties realized by increasing laser scanning speed for the selective laser melting fabricated NiTi alloy
TL;DR: In this paper, the evolution of functional properties was observed on cyclic tensile curves with emphases on the critical stress for inducing martensitic transformation and the mechanical recoverable strain.
Journal ArticleDOI
Origin of Ferroelectricity in Epitaxial Si-Doped HfO2 Films
Tao Li,Mao Ye,Zhenzhong Sun,Nian Zhang,Wei Zhang,Saikumar Inguva,Chunxiao Xie,Lang Chen,Yu Wang,Shanming Ke,Haitao Huang +10 more
TL;DR: X-ray diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy results identified that the as-grown Si-doped HfO2 films have strained fluorite structures, and clearly demonstrates that the ferroelectricity originates from the noncentrosymmetric Pca21 polar structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Epitaxial ferroelectric Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 thin film on a buffered YSZ substrate through interface reaction
Tao Li,Tao Li,Tao Li,Nian Zhang,Zhenzhong Sun,Chunxiao Xie,Mao Ye,Sayantan Mazumdar,Longlong Shu,Yu Wang,Danyang Wang,Lang Chen,Shanming Ke,Shanming Ke,Haitao Huang +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used pulsed laser deposition to successfully grow epitaxial Hf 0.5Zr0.5O2 (HZO) films on (001)-, (011)- and (111)-oriented yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates using TiN as the bottom electrode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fabrication of high-entropy perovskite oxide by reactive flash sintering
TL;DR: In this paper, powder mixtures at atomic ratios suitable for formation of single-phase oxides were flash sintered at 1000°C and 40mA/mm2, and X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive spectroscopy analyses revealed the formation of oxides after sintering for 1min.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nucleation and growth of Fe-rich phases in Al-5Ti-1B modified Al-Fe alloys investigated using synchrotron X-ray imaging and electron microscopy
Yuliang Zhao,Weiwen Zhang,Dongfu Song,Dongfu Song,Bo Lin,Shen Fanghua,Donghai Zheng,Chunxiao Xie,Zhenzhong Sun,Yanan Fu,Runxia Li +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the underlying nucleation and growth mechanisms of Fe-rich phases during the solidification of Al-5Ti-1B-modified Al-2Fe alloys were revealed through synchrotron X-ray imaging and electron microscopy.
