TL;DR: Transcriptome analysis on the liver of S. prenanti revealed that the lipid content of liver was increased and the glycogen content of Liver was decreased during liver development, indicating that the CYP450 pathway, cell cycle and amino acid metabolic pathway were induced in the process of liver maturation.

TL;DR: Based on the results of physiological, genotypic, phylogenetic and chemotaxonomic analyses, it is concluded that strain E84T represents a novel species of the genus Rhodosalinus, for which the name Rhodosalineus halophilus sp.
