TL;DR: In this article, the performance of grid connected variable speed wind energy conversion systems (WECS) that are based on DFIG, PMSG and SCIG is compared in MATLAB/Simulink environment considering the same machine ratings and similar control techniques for all of them.
Abstract: This paper envisages comparing the performance of grid connected variable speed wind energy conversion systems (WECS) that are based on DFIG, PMSG and SCIG. The comparison criteria used are mainly the quality of power injected to the grid, range of wind speeds that each generator can handle, converter ratings, real power harnessed by each configuration and reactive power requirements. Models for these variable speed WECS based on DFIG, PMSG and SCIG have been developed in MATLAB/Simulink environment, considering the same machine ratings and similar control techniques for all of them. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) also has been implemented for all of them under normal operating conditions. Careful analysis of the results shows that an appropriate choice of a particular WECS technology can be made based on the geographic location of the wind turbine and strength of the power grid.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the effect of organizational culture on employee performance by interviewing the Edge Newspaper Sdn Bhd Company's top management and their employees and found that a positive relationship exists between organizational culture and employee behaviour.
Abstract: This research aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. The research was conducted by interviewing the Edge Newspaper Sdn Bhd Company’s top management and their employees. Apart from that, data collection will be based on observations from surveys and journals. These collected data were used to test our hypothesis that is ‘A good employee behaviour will increase business productivity, lower absenteeism, and achieve turnover”. It is proven that a positive relationship exists between organizational culture and employee behaviour. These findings provide new insights for the management of the effects of organizational culture on its employee performances. In addition, this research enhances the understanding of employee behaviour, possibly utilized by top management to encourage and manage their employees.

TL;DR: Experimental result shows that proposed hybrid algorithm and refinement effectively and efficiently perform clustering.
Abstract: By comparing the modified K-mean and improved K-mean algorithm, a hybrid K-mean algorithm is proposed for color image clustering. First, hybrid algorithm is applied to get color image clustering result and then ant-based refinement to refine the clustering result. In hybrid K-mean, modified K-mean is used to solve the problem of empty cluster formation and improved K-mean to reduce the calculation of distance between each data object and cluster centroid and then refinement will be done. Experimental result shows that proposed hybrid algorithm and refinement effectively and efficiently perform clustering.
