Abstract: Compounds of formula I, V, VI and II, and processes for their preparation, wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are the same or different and signify hydrogens, halogens, alkyl, alkyloxy, hydroxy, nitro, alkylcarbonylamino, alkylamino or dialkylamino group; and R 4 is alkyl or aryl. There is also provided a process for preparing a compound of formula B from the compounds of formula V and I.

Abstract: W artykule przedstawiono szybką i dokladną metode oceny efektow uszlachetniania struktury stopu jeszcze przez jego odlaniem. Otrzymany tą metodą zapis graficzny procesow krystalizacji siluminow sklada sie z czterech krzywych: termicznej t=f(τ) i jej pierwszej pochodnej oraz elektrycznej σ=f(τ) i jej pierwszej pochodnej. Wykonane badania procesow krystalizacji metodą ATD-AED umozliwily opracowanie rownan regresji wielokrotnej miedzy przewodnością elektryczną wlaściwą σ i wlaściwościami mechanicznymi (Rm, KCV, A5 i HB) badanych siluminow oraz wykresow przestrzennych, sluzących do szybkiej oceny przydatności topionego stopu na odlewy o ządanych wlaściwościach mechanicznych. .

Abstract: The present invention provides a compound of formula N wherein: X is CH2, oxygen or sulphur; R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different and signify hydrogens, halogens, alkyl, alkyloxy, hydroxy, nitro, alkylcarbonylamino, alkylamino or dialkylamino group, wherein N is in the form of the individual R- and S-enantiomer or a mixture of the (R)- and (S)-enantiomer. The present invention also provides a compound of formula MA. The present invention also provides processes for preparing the above compounds, and processes involving their use. The compounds are particularly useful as intermediates in the synthesis of peripherally-selective inhibitors of dopamine-s-hydroxylase.
