TL;DR: The experimental results show that the basic ACO algorithm is reformed into discrete version so as to generate test data for structural testing outperforms the existing simulated annealing and genetic algorithm in the quality of test data and stability, and is comparable to particle swarm optimization-based method.
Abstract: In general, software testing has been viewed as an effective way to improve software quality and reliability. However, the quality of test data has a significant impact on the fault-revealing ability of software testing activity. Recently, search-based test data generation has been treated as an operational approach to settle this difficulty. In the paper, the basic ACO algorithm is reformed into discrete version so as to generate test data for structural testing. First, the technical roadmap of combining the adapted ACO algorithm and test process together is introduced. In order to improve algorithm׳s searching ability and generate more diverse test inputs, some strategies such as local transfer, global transfer and pheromone update are defined and applied. The coverage for program elements is a special optimization objective, so the customized fitness function is constructed in our approach through comprehensively considering the nesting level and predicate type of branch. To validate the effectiveness of our ACO-based test data generation method, eight well-known programs are utilized to perform the comparative analysis. The experimental results show that our approach outperforms the existing simulated annealing and genetic algorithm in the quality of test data and stability, and is comparable to particle swarm optimization-based method. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on algorithm parameters is also employed to recommend the reasonable parameter settings for practical applications.

TL;DR: The construct of organizational climate for successful aging (OCSA) is introduced and examined as a buffer of the negative relationship between employee age and focus on opportunities, suggesting that OCSA is an important contextual resource for successful Aging at work.
Abstract: Research on successful aging at work has neglected contextual resources such as organizational climate, which refers to employees’ shared perceptions of their work environment. We introduce the construct of organizational climate for successful aging (OCSA) and examine it as a buffer of the negative relationship between employee age and focus on opportunities (i.e., beliefs about future goals and possibilities at work). Moreover, we expected that focus on opportunities, in turn, positively predicts job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and motivation to continue working after official retirement age. Data came from 649 employees working in 120 companies (Mage = 44 years, SD = 13). We controlled for organizational tenure, psychological climate for successful aging (i.e., individuals’ perceptions), and psychological and organizational age discrimination climate. Results of multilevel analyses supported our hypotheses. Overall, our findings suggest that OCSA is an important contextual resource for successful aging at work.

TL;DR: A novel chaotic maps-based authenticated key agreement protocol that cannot only resist these attacks, but also provide strong anonymity is proposed.
Abstract: In wireless communication environments, the authenticated key agreement with user anonymity is important. Recently, many chaotic maps-based anonymous authenticated key agreement protocols have been proposed. Tseng et al. applied Chebyshev chaotic maps to propose an anonymous key agreement protocol. Unfortunately, Niu et al. demonstrated that Tseng et al.’s protocol cannot protect the user anonymity and it suffers from insider attacks. Xue et al. improved Tseng et al.’s protocol. However, we have found that their improved protocol still cannot provide strong anonymity and it is vulnerable to the man-in-the-middle attack. To remove these weaknesses, we have proposed a novel chaotic maps-based authenticated key agreement protocol. The proposed protocol cannot only resist these attacks, but also provide strong anonymity.
