TL;DR: In this article, a comparative analysis of the physical, mechanical, and tribomechanical properties of the Ti-Hf-Si-N superhard coatings has been performed.
Abstract: New superhard coatings based on Ti-Hf-Si-N with good physical and mechanical properties have been fabricated. A comparative analysis of the physical, mechanical, and tribomechanical characteristics of the coatings has been performed. The values of hardness, modulus of elasticity, elastic recovery, adhesive strength, friction coefficient, and wear rate of the coatings have been determined and calculated. The specific features of deformation and fracture of the coatings deposited on a steel substrate during the adhesion tests have been described. It has been shown that the parameters measured during scratching make it possible to distinguish the threshold values of the critical load, which lead to different (cohesive and adhesive) types of failure of the coatings during tribological tests. The stoichiometry for different series of samples with Ti-Hf-Si-N coatings has been determined using Rutherford backscattering, secondary ion mass spectrometry, and energy dispersive microanalysis.

TL;DR: The use of wireless sensor networks in agriculture is also leading to many scientific advances and shortcomings as discussed by the authors, which is leading to a new direction of research in every field, such as IoT and WSN.
Abstract: Today, the penetration of digital technologies and wireless sensor networks (WSN) in every field is leading to a new direction of research. The use of wireless sensor networks in agriculture is also leading to many scientific advances and shortcomings. Experience from around the world shows that remote monitoring, control, monitoring and sales of agricultural products using IoT, sensors and means of communication are carried out using wireless sensors in the quality of work. The study of IoT and WSN, their advantages and disadvantages, allows us to consider the current penetration of agriculture, as well as its potential value in the future.

TL;DR: In this article, a new special convolutional neural network was developed to detect fire regions using the existing YOLOv3 algorithm, which achieved a seamless classification performance compared to other conventional fire detection frameworks.
Abstract: Currently, sensor-based systems for fire detection are widely used worldwide. Further research has shown that camera-based fire detection systems achieve much better results than sensor-based methods. In this study, we present a method for real-time high-speed fire detection using deep learning. A new special convolutional neural network was developed to detect fire regions using the existing YOLOv3 algorithm. Due to the fact that our real-time fire detector cameras were built on a Banana Pi M3 board, we adapted the YOLOv3 network to the board level. Firstly, we tested the latest versions of YOLO algorithms to select the appropriate algorithm and used it in our study for fire detection. The default versions of the YOLO approach have very low accuracy after training and testing in fire detection cases. We selected the YOLOv3 network to improve and use it for the successful detection and warning of fire disasters. By modifying the algorithm, we recorded the results of a rapid and high-precision detection of fire, during both day and night, irrespective of the shape and size. Another advantage is that the algorithm is capable of detecting fires that are 1 m long and 0.3 m wide at a distance of 50 m. Experimental results showed that the proposed method successfully detected fire candidate areas and achieved a seamless classification performance compared to other conventional fire detection frameworks.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the prospects for introducing 5G technology and blockchain into the healthcare system and proposed a blockchain-based 5G healthcare architecture based on the results obtained.
Abstract: Technology does not stand still. Modern technologies are being introduced in all spheres of our life, including the healthcare system. In this article, we examined the prospects for introducing 5G technology and blockchain into the healthcare system. From a technical point of view, we analyzed the key weak points in the healthcare system, analyzed the capabilities and advantages of 5G, blockchain and related technologies, considered the benefits of their integration with the healthcare system. Based on the results obtained, we proposed a blockchain-based 5G healthcare architecture.

TL;DR: A simple motion evasion differential game of infinitely many evaders and infinitely many pursuers in Hilbert space is considered and it is found that if either the total resource of evaders is greater than that of pursuers or the total resources of evader is equal to that of chase, then evasion is possible.
Abstract: We consider a simple motion evasion differential game of infinitely many evaders and infinitely many pursuers in Hilbert space \(\ell _2\). Control functions of the players are subjected to integral constraints. If the position of an evader never coincides with the position of any pursuer, then evasion is said to be possible. Problem is to find conditions of evasion. The main result of the paper is that if either (i) the total resource of evaders is greater than that of pursuers or (ii) the total resource of evaders is equal to that of pursuers and initial positions of all the evaders are not limit points for initial positions of the pursuers, then evasion is possible. Strategies for the evaders are constructed.
