Abstract: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate crucial factors that lead to customer loyalty in the mobile telephony sector in Greece, namely service quality and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the mediation effect of customer satisfaction on the service quality and customer loyalty relationship is also to be examined.Design/methodology/approach – Field research was conducted. The questionnaire was formed by a synthesis of existing constructs in relevant literature. The main research target sample consisted of residential non‐business mobile phone users in Greece. Reliability tests and statistical analyses were performed to both confirm scale validity and reliability and answer the research questions.Findings – Customer service, pricing structure and billing system are the service quality dimensions that have the more significant positive influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn has a significant positive impact on customer loyalty. Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this paper is to identify the quality determinants for education services provided by higher education institutions (HEIs) in Greece and to measure their relative importance from the students' points of view.Design/mthodology/approach – A multi‐criteria decision‐making methodology was used for assessing the relative importance of quality determinants that affect student satisfaction. More specifically, the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) was used in order to measure the relative weight of each quality factor.Findings – The relative weights of the factors that contribute to the quality of educational services as it is perceived by students was measured.Research limitations/implications – The research is based on the questionnaire of the Hellenic Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. Abstract: Good communication between nurses and patients is essential for the successful outcome of individualized nursing care of each patient. To achieve this, however, nurses must understand and help their patients, demonstrating courtesy, kindness and sincerity. Also they should devote time to the patient to communicate with the necessary confidentiality, and must not forget that this communication includes persons who surround the sick person, which is why the language of communication should be understood by all those involved in it. Good communication also is not only based on the physical abilities of nurses, but also on education and experience.
