TL;DR: The paper states that "paperless storage, integrated display and intelligent application" is the goal of electronic medical record building, and focuses on the conditions needed in the realization of paperless electronicmedical record.
Abstract: The paper redefines the electronic medical record and the basic concept of electronic medical record system, locates the connotation and denotation of the electronic medical record and electronic medical record system indicating that "paperless storage, integrated display and intelligent application" is the goal of electronic medical record building, and focuses on the conditions needed in the realization of paperless electronic medical record. It also suggests that the development of electronic medical record will become more human-oriented with formal standards being made.

TL;DR: The definition, principle, characteristics of micropower Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) radar are described and discussed in this paper, where the human subject is experimented using the UWB radar developed by their team.
Abstract: The definition, principle, characteristics of micropower Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) radar are described and discussed in this paper. The human subject is experimented using the UWB radar developed by our team. The experimental results show that UWB radar is able to detect the life signals of the human subject such as respiration and heartbeat without any sensor and electrode touching the subject. The radar can be applied to non-invasive detection of life signals.

TL;DR: The suite could meet the desired requirements, with the positive pressure difference more than 150 Pa, noise less than 70 d B, continuous operating time more than 4 h and general protection factor more than 100 000 against 0.3 μm aerosol particles.
Abstract: Objective To study the key techniques of positive-pressure protection and series of suits for Ebola disease. Methods The suit had composite fabric made of double-side filmed polyurethane, an electric blower system made of high-performance blower and control system as well as an one-piece and two-piece structure. Safety evaluation of the suit was carried out according to standard related. Results The suite could meet the desired requirements, with the positive pressure difference more than 150 Pa, noise less than 70 d B, continuous operating time more than 4 h and general protection factor more than 100 000 against 0.3 μm aerosol particles. The anti-seepage performance against liquid accorded with GB 24539—2009. Conclusion The suit can be used for the protection of medical staffs against the fulminating infectious diseases such as Ebola disease.
