Abstract: Using Newton iterative formula of nonlinear equations,new classes iterative methods for solving nonlinear equations are constructed in this paper.This new method includes Newton iterative methods and other iterative methods as special cases.We give several examples and their comparison with other iterative methods to illustrate the efficiency of these methods.

Abstract: Rule weight is usually ascertained by experts' experience knowledge.According to calculation method of rule's improved deterministic factor in rough sets,the paper puts forward the method of ascertaining rule weight which combines weight given by experts with rule's improved deterministic factor ascertained by rough sets,that is the method of ascertaining rule weight based on rough sets.The method realizes unity between subjective experience knowledge and objective situation,thus it can acquire much more ideal result.The main purpose is that this paper provides policy-makers with a kind of new method of ascertaining rule weight,in order to contribute to make more scientific and more reasonable decision and analysis.This paper adopts document method,systematic analysis method and example analysis method.

Abstract: In this paper,the following assignment problem is considered:there are persons to be assigned to do jobs,where,every person who is assigned to do one job,meanwhile,every job demands one person to do;then,this assignment problem is called standard assignment problem,furthermore,it is called general assignment problem.A dynamic programming model and alogrithm is established for the standard optimal assignment problem and general optimal assignment problem.Finally,the method and steps of which is proposed in this paper are illuminated by an simple example.

Abstract: This paper calculates the ecological footprints of Gansu Province in 2004 by the method of ecological footprint,with the results as follows: per capita ecological footprints is 2.4095hm2 and per capita ecological deficit is 1.066hm2 in 2004.Also,the paper,by comparing the above results with the ecological footprints of Gansu Province in1998,condudes that there is more and more ecological deficit in Gansu Province,and Gansu Province is always in unsustainable development.The main cause of ecological deficit is too fast population growth,unreasonable ultilization of the enlargement of the strength of land ultilization.

Abstract: This paper studies the relationship between tumor regression and immunologic consequences of tumor inhibited in a model of pleurotus ferulae treatments.The experiment is performed that S180 tumor-bearing mice are fed orally with pleurotus ferulae in dose(1g/kg) for ten days,and some of them are treated with cyclophosphamide.Then the inhibition rate of pleurotus ferulae on the tumor is assessed.Cock red blood cells(cRBC) are used to evaluated PM phagocytic activity.MTT colorimetric assay is carried out to examine the activity of peripheral blood NK cell.And by Haemolysin assay to test the level of antibody in serum.Resalts show that pleurotus.ferulae can inhibit the growth of the tumor significantly with the ratio up to 64.97%,promote the immune activity of PM and the peripheral blood NK cell,increase humoral immune function,enhance the spleen index,and remarkably increase the immune function in cyclophosphamide mice.The conclusion is drawn from the test result that pleurotus ferulae can result in tumor regression evidently by improving the immune function of tumorbearing mice.
