TL;DR: Based on the history of rice production, from the view of grain consume and world grain commerce, the authors pointed out the importance of Rice production in china agricultural food production, the stable increase of rice yield was the guarantee of national grains safety; based on the comparison of the rice yield perhectare home and abroad, rice production potential was analyzed, the paper point out rice yield in China still had grade increase space, rice yield could meet the demand of future; the development strategies for rice production to guarantee China national food safety was also probed.

Abstract: The hydrological environments of Dongting Lake will be greatly affected by the operation of Three-Gorge Project, which in turn influences the succession of wetland vegetations. On the basis of floral composition, distribution pattern and succession rule of Dongting Lake vegetations, the effects of Three-Gorge Project on the succession of wetland vegetation were reviewed from the changes of water level within year, the water level and duration of extreme flooding, and sedimentation rate in the Dongting Lake. Further researches should be focused on the changes of ecological processes and functions, and the regulating mechanisms of vegetation succession after the operation of Three-Gorge Project. Meanwhile, geological evolution of Dongting Lake should also be emphasized.

Abstract: The paper analyses the property and actuality of agricultural product logistics, indicates the problem existed in the agricultural product logistics. Then provides the SCOR model of agricultural product logistics based on information network, builds the SCM mode of agricultural product logistics under the environment of information network, and explains the advantage of the mode. At last, provides a positive study on aquatic product logistics SCM mode in Shanghai to invest the validity and practicability of the mode. This management mode proposes referenced suggestions to the infomationization, integration of agricultural product logistics and agriculture industrialization.

Abstract: Chinese grain production and fertilizer use were temporally and spatially analyzed in terms of the experimental data and the results of investigation. It has been realized that the fertilizer use is one of the great achievements in grain production in China in the 20th century. The average rate of contribution of fertilizer use to grain production is 46.43 per cent. Using one ton of fertilizer can increase 8.84 tons of grain. The output of grain and the amount of fertilizer use will continuously rise in China in the 21st century. It is estimated that the increase of 100 million tons of grain output will at least need the increase in use of 10.2211.08 million tons of fertilizer. It is necessary to carry out the strategic distribution of continuously developing the eastern plain, increasingly developing the central plateau and exploiting the western frigid plateau and desert region in order to realize the sustainable development of grain and the high efficiency of fertilizer use. The production of grain with high quality and special use should be strengthened in each region mentioned in the above framework for purpose of raising the share rate of the domestic grain in the market.
