Trend of Service-manufacturing and Differences between Service-manufacturing Network and SCM

Abstract: This paper analyses the trend that service and manufacturing combines intensively, puts out a new conception "Service-manufacturing", and compares it with traditional SCM on profit mode, organizational behavior, circulatory system, value appeal, extract mechanism and network circulating carrier, etc. At last, it makes some suggestions for future research of service-manufacturing.

The Application Research of Rough Sets and BP Neural Network in Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

Abstract: This paper sets up a supply chain performance evaluation model based on rough sets and BP neural network from knowledge discovery and data mining perspective.It gives a supply chain performance evaluation example,firstly reduces its index based on the balanced scorecard system,and then inputs the reduction index to BP neural network for intelligent training.Finally,it inputs the evaluated sample to the trained BP network and gets supply chain performance evaluation value.The evaluating result is matched with the actual result.

Evaluation Model and Algorithm of Green Supply Chain's Management Performance Based on ANP Theory

Abstract: Based on the content and features of the green supply chain management,the authors design the green supply chain management performance evaluation index system,and introduce a new method-ANP to evaluate it.This method can overcome the correlation of factors,thus it provides a quantitative basis for the green supply chain management performance evaluation.

Economic Analysis of Owner's Management Approach in Project Transaction

Abstract: Based on the present approaches of owner's project management,this paper points out that project transaction cost can be divided into two parts——the cost of owner's management institution and the fee produced by the transaction.By setting owner's management ability and experience as variables,the authors have searched and compared economic advantages of two classic project management patterns——the PM pattern and the Engineer pattern.The conclusion shows that owners should choose PM pattern when they are lack of management ability and experience;otherwise,engineer pattern is economical.

A Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method for the Performance of Knowledge Sharing in Supply Chain

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study an evaluation problem for the performance of knowledge sharing in supply chain.Firstly,according to the character of supply chain,this paper analyzes the important factors which impacting the performance of knowledge sharing and construct an index system which includes capacity of knowledge acquirement,capacity of knowledge reuse and so on.And then it uses triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of knowledge sharing in supply chain.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

An Empirical Study of the Relationship among Transformational Leadership Style,Team Climate,Knowledge Sharing and Performance of Team Innovation

Abstract: Based on the review of relevant literature and survey,this paper constructs a structural equation model(SEM)considering four factors in the model together.So the purpose here is to explore a little further into the causal relationship about four factors.This study is focused on the RD team in hi-tech firms in china.The results show that transformational Leadership Style is a critical factor to form the team climate and promote knowledge sharing,and team climate has a direct influence on knowledge Sharing.Both team climate and knowledge sharing also show direct influence on performance of team innovation.However,the relationship between transformational leadership style and performance of team innovation is not significant.

Discussion on the Effects of Determinants of Perceived Value on Relationship Quality

Abstract: This paper analyzes the dimension of the perceived value and relationship quality at first,and then hackles the causality of them.Function value,emotion value and social value are the determinants of perceived value.This paper focuses on investigating the effects of each determinant of perceived value on relationship quality,and on analyzing the interrelationship of satisfaction,trust and commitment inside of the relationship quality.The empirical tests are conducted in the retailing.Findings from testing the theoretical models support a priori hypotheses,i.e.function value had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and commitment;social value had a significant positive effect on commitment;emotion value had a significant positive effect on every dimension of relationship quality;and both satisfaction and trust had a significant positive effect on commitment.

Researching on the Moderating Effects of the Organizational Identification in the Decision of Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract: In this paper,383 employees in the construction enterprises are adopted as the trail samples.It analyzes all elements of job satisfaction using the method of Stepwise Regression Analysis.The organizational identification,which explains the question of the turnover intention of employees,proves the moderating effects of the organizational identification in the course of decision of the turnover intention.Researching this question will be good to help dealing with effectively the problem of employee turnover intention,and it is also good to clarify the principle of turnover intention in theory,which will offer the proof for supporting the doctrine of flexibility of turnover intention of employees.

Coordination and Pricing Decision of Dual Channel with Risk Averse Supplier

Abstract: For a supply chain with a supplier and a retailer,this paper studies the optimal retail price and wholesale price for supply chain coordination.Through mean-variance analysis,this paper studies the condition of adding a direct channel for a risk averse supplier,the price of direct channel and the optimal wholesale price.The result shows that supplier should adopt different wholesale price contract under single and dual channel for coordination supply chain.At last,the numerical simulation illustrates the risk averse supplier chooses to adding direct channel only if both the expected utility and the expected profit increases.

Dynamic Capabilities and Firm's Performance:Moderating Effect of Environmental Dynamism

Abstract: Based on previous studies, this paper makes all explorative study of the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Then the moderating effects of environmental dynamism on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance of the organization is discussed and examined empirically by developing structural equation models using partial least squares method with evidence from Chinese's firms.

The Complex Network Analysis of the Enterprise Competitive Relationships Evolution——Take Software Industry in Guangdong Province as the Example

Abstract: First,this paper constructs the annual competitive relationship complex network models among enterprises according to data of enterprises and products among software industry from the year 2002 to 2006 in Guangdong Province,China.Then,the authors analyze network structure properties each year with the different static indexes,compare relationships between different static indexes,and discuss the dynamic mechanism and the economic background of the network growth.The authors analyse that node degree of the annual network follows the power-law tail distribution and the networks show the characteristics of clear small-world property,growth and preference,so we conclude that these networks approximate to scale-free network and small-world network.Finally,this paper discusses macroscopical,microcosmic and competitive relationship dynamic evolutional industrial significance and inspiration of the competitive relationship complex network in software industry.

Empirical Study Impact of Environmental Regulation on Enterprises' Technological Innovation——Take Chinese 30 Provincial Large and Medium-sized Enterprise as an Example

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities(excluding Tibet) from 1996 to 2004,this paper provides empirical evidence on the effect of environmental regulation on enterprises' technological innovation.The empirical results demonstrate that stricter environmental regulation is related to increase RD investment intensity、patent owned and sale revenue of new products as a percentage with lag 1or 2 issue,if environmental regulations intensity are enhancing 1%,RD increase 0.19%,the patent increase 0.30%,sale revenue increase 0.22%.This indicated environmental regulation can stimulate the enterprises' technological innovation for a long time,and Porter Hypothesis has been verified in the certain degree.

Technology Innovation Decision Model for Bio-pharmaceutical Enterprises Based on Entropy

Abstract: This paper analyzes the influencing factors of technology innovation in three phases for Bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, and puts forward a model based on fuzzy decision based on entropy. Initial data of the decision has been formed through the questionnaire investigation and experts scoring. Combining fuzzy math and entropy theory, the authors have measured the relative weightiness of analyzed objectives with conditional entropy. The quantitative analysis method of technology innovation decision for bio-pharmaceutical enterprises based on double base points has been used so as to determine the order of schemes. Finally, an example of project practice has been given to prove the validity of the proposed method.

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Influential Factors in the Prosecution of Independent Directors' Duties and Listed Companies' Illegal Actions in China

Abstract: This paper starts from independent directors,and studies the relationship between the main influential factors in the prosecution of their duties and listed companies' illegal actions,and reflects that the reasonable professional knowledge structure of independent directors has a significant negative correlation with listed companies' illegal actions,and reasonable professional knowledge structure can prevent listed companies' illegal actions;while the allowance of independent directors has a significant positive correlation with listed companies' illegal actions,which challenges allowance-driven mechanism at present in China.High allowance may not well inspire the prosecution of independent directors' duties and prevent listed companies' illegal actions.

Research on Tacit Knowledge Transformation Model Based on Double Bases Cooperating Mechanism

Abstract: Being lack of tacit knowledge management in existing knowledge management system, this paper presents a transformation model of tacit knowledge based on double bases cooperating, in which database can be restricted and driven by knowledge base whose structure can be in turn improved by database. Based on this model, the knowledge base is equipped with the capacity of real time maintenance and to evolve by itself. At last the model is applied to knowledge agriculture for scientific decision.

An Empirical Study on Innovation Environment and the Efficiency of the Regional Technical Innovation

Abstract: Using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to analyze regional technical innovation efficiency of China's 31 provinces from 2002-2006,this paper gets the result which shows that China's regional technical innovation efficiency is an upward trend,but the overall level is poor,and the regional differences are more obvious,the region should formulate relevant policies in light of local conditions and improve innovation output with a view to reducing regional economic disparities.Further with the establishment of a fixed panel data model,it analyzes the innovative environmental effects of the regional impact on the efficiency of technological innovation,the results show that: infrastructure,market demand,the quality of workers and financial environment for regional technological innovation efficiency all have significant impact on the regional level and entrepreneurial technological innovation.The impact of the statistical validity is not significant,but the coefficient is still positive.At last,appropriate policy recommendations are proposed.

Analysis of the Influencing Factors for the Second Generation's Succession Wish in Family Business:An Empirical Study in Wenzhou

Abstract: This paper stands on a successor's point of view, based on the data obtained from the survey of the second successor,and probes six factors which affect the succession of family business. It has proved by Multiple Linear Regression that just one factor of "professional interest in family business(F1)" affect the succession of family business with intra-class correlation under parental conscious train, and the capital and employee of enterprises also influenced it markedly by the One-way ANOVA.

Efficiency Analysis of the Regional Railway in China:Based on the Application of DEA-tobit Approach

Abstract: This paper evaluates the railway efficiency of every province in China by the DEA approach, and analyzes the factors influencing the railway's inefficiency with Tobit regression model. It finds that:(1)the railway system in China is still at a relative low level of overall technical efficiency, and pure technical inefficiency is the main cause of the railway inefficiency in China;(2)the railway development in China is not in balance, the Eastern region has the most developed railway system, scale inefficiency and pure technical inefficiency are the main source of railway inefficiency in Eastern region and Western regional respectively;(3)the railway input congestion and output insufficiency are existing in all the regions of China, but the phenomena in the Central and Western region is much serious than the Eastern region;(4)the regional economic development, the regional population, the operational level of railway, the density of railway and highway are the important factors evidently affecting the railway inefficiency in China.
