TLDR
The ratio of alpha-tocopherol to polyunsaturated fatty acids has been calculated and the combination of single vegetables oils affected the alpha-ocopherol concentration as shown in the samples of mixed oils.
Abstract
The alpha-tocopherol concentration was determined in cooking vegetable oils The lowest concentration of alpha-tocopherol was found in coconut oil Soybean oil, peanut oil and rice bran oil showed similar ranges of alpha-tocopherol concentration A high concentration of alpha-tocopherol was found in palm oil and in corn oil The combination of single vegetables oils affected the alpha-tocopherol concentration as shown in the samples of mixed oils The ratio of alpha-tocopherol to polyunsaturated fatty acids has been calculated

Deterioration of natural antioxidant species of vegetable edible oils during the domestic deep-frying and pan-frying of potatoes

TL;DR: The correlation of the deterioration rate of the phenolic compounds and tocopherols during frying is discussed and the nutritional aspects of the natural antioxidant intake, through the oil absorbed by the potatoes, are evaluated.

Effects of Microwave Energy on the Tocopherols of Soybean Seeds

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of microwave heating on the tocopherols of soybeans were studied in relation to chemical changes in the lipids, and as much as 40% of the originally present in the soybeans was lost after 12 min heating.
