Cosmological solutions in D = 6, N = 2 Kaluza-Klein supergravity — The Friedmann universe without fine-tuning

TLDR
In this article, two families of cosmological solutions are presented in D = 6, N = 2 Kaluza-Klein supergravity theories, and all solutions in the latter family approach the Friedmann universe asymptotically.

Scalar fields in cosmology with an exponential potential

J.J. Halliwell
- 19 Feb 1987 -
TL;DR: In this article, a homogeneous isotropic cosmological model driven by a scalar field with an exponential potential is studied, and it is shown that there is a solution with power-law inflation, and this solution is an attractor.

Spacetime as a membrane in higher dimensions

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the possibility that spacetime is a membrane embedded in higher dimensions and presented cosmological solutions of d-dimensional Einstein-Maxwell theory which compactify to two dimensions.

The complete N = 2, d = 6 supergravity with matter and yang-mills couplings

TL;DR: In this paper, the quartic fermion terms in the action and all cubic fermions t in the transformation rules of the N = 2, d = 6 supergravity plus matter-coupled Yang-Mills system constructed by the authors in an earlier paper were derived.

On the dynamics of the power law inflation due to an exponential potential

TL;DR: The power law inflationary universe model induced by a scalar field with an exponential potential was studied in this paper, where a dissipation term due to particle creation was introduced in the inflation's classical equation of motion.

Search for a realistic Kaluza-Klein theory

TL;DR: In this paper, an attempt was made to construct a realistic model of particle physics based on eleven-dimensional supergravity with seven dimensions compactified, and the model was used to obtain an SU(3) × SU(2) × U(1) gauge group, but the proper fermion quantum numbers are difficult to achieve.

The Atomicity of Electricity as a Quantum Theory Law

Oskar Klein
- 01 Oct 1926 -
TL;DR: In this article, the equations of motion of an electrified particle are shown to be the equation of geodetics belonging to the following line element, i.e., the line element of a geodetic system.

Spontaneous Compactification in Six-Dimensional Einstein-Maxwell Theory

TL;DR: In this paper, a discrete set of solutions to the classical Einstein-Maxwell equations in six-dimensional space-time is considered, and the spectrum of massless and massive states is obtained for the special case of flat 4-space.
