Abstract
Cet article vise a mettre en relation la question des rapports juveniles a la musique et celle de la transmission des savoirs musicaux dans le cadre de l’« ecole de masse ». On montre ainsi que, pour faire face a la dispersion sociale des attitudes adolescentes a l’egard de la culture musicale, les enseignants mettent en œuvre un certain nombre de strategies de transmission, constituees au croisement d’ethos pedagogiques varies et de publics – scolairement et socialement – differencies.
