De novo synthesis of prolactin by human decidua.

TLDR
Data indicate that a species of Prolactin which is identical to pituitary prolactin by the criteria of immunoprecipitation and gel chromatography is synthesized by human decidual tissue in vitro.

Cyclic decidualization of the human endometrium in reproductive health and failure.

TL;DR: The endocrine, paracrine, and autocrine cues that tightly govern this differentiation process are reviewed and how disorders that subvert the programming, initiation, or progression of decidualization compromise reproductive health and predispose for pregnancy failure is discussed.

Endocrine regulation of menstruation.

TL;DR: A clearer understanding of regulation of normal endometrial function will provide an insight into causes of menstrual dysfunction such as menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea and the development of novel drugs that would target identified aberrations in expression and/or of local uterine factors that are crucial for normal endometricrial function.

Prolactin production by human endometrium during the normal menstrual cycle.

TL;DR: It is concluded that PRL is synthesized by endometrium during the normal menstrual cycle and that the appearance and degree of synthesis and decidualization of the stroma correspond.

Cytological Studies of the Decidual Reaction in the Rat during Early Pregnancy and in the Production of Deciduomata

TL;DR: Kirkham (1916) and Enzmann, Saphir, and Pincus (1932) have confirmed Lataste's postulation by showing that the delay is due to the failure of the embryo to become attached at the proper time -a phenomenon which when explained, I believe, will certainly find many if not all its basic factors in the state or condition in which the uterine mucous membrane is at that time.
