Abstract
A low power consumption and portable single lead electrocardiogram (ECG) signal acquisition system for CareON is designed for the needs of home medical care field. The ECG signal is acquired by direct current (DC) coupling method and bio-potential measurement ADS1292R analog front end. In the analog front end, the ECG signal is amplified by programmable instrument amplifier and converted into digital signal by high resolution analog to digital converter (ADC). The system is controlled by the Junzheng X1000E microprocessor, and the transmission of ECG signals is achieved through 4G mobile communication services. The data are analysed in Cloud and made an early warning of disease trends. In order to reduce high frequency and common mode interference, the pretreatment circuit and the right leg drive circuit are designed. The system is powered by rechargeable lithium polymer battery, which has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption and simple operation. The experimental result shows that the designed CareON can extract ECG signals stably and effectively.
