TLDR
The results of the experiment suggest that gold chloride treatment might be associated with significant stimulatory effects on testicular activities, and since hormonal changes, altered steroidogenic enzymes and gametogenic activities were evident to a specific dose of gold chloride Treatment, this data may have some clinical implication on the stimulation of fertility.

Role of Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) in the management of male infertility

TL;DR: The role of herbal medicines in male infertility is discussed, a proposed direct oxidative mechanism involving mitigation of oxidative stress as well as an indirect mechanism consisting of a gamma-aminobutyric acid-like-mimetic pathway ameliorating hormonal balance through crosstalk among different endocrine glands to improve male fertility are described.

Withania somnifera improves semen quality by combating oxidative stress and cell death and improving essential metal concentrations.

TL;DR: It is concluded that W. somnifera improves semen quality by reducing oxidative stress and cell death and improving essential metal ion concentrations in infertile subjects.

Effect of lead on male gonadal activity in albino rats.

TL;DR: This report is perhaps the first evidence to show that lead exerts some deleterious effects on testicular steroidogenesis indirectly by decreasing serum levels of gonadotropins.

Swarna bha sma and gold compounds: an innovation of pharmaceutics for illumination of therapeutics

TL;DR: An analysis of essentials of Gold reveals its exclusivity in therapeutics as rejuvenator, immunomodulator and certain chronic disorders.

Protection of adrenal and male gonadal functions by androgen in lead-treated rats.

TL;DR: It is suggested that testosterone supplementation in lead-treated rats protects adrenocortical activity and testicular spermatogenesis and lead acetate administration resulted in a significant increase in adrenal steroidogenic enzyme and serum levels of corticosterone.

Definition of the Stages of the Cycle of the Seminiferous Epithelium in the Rat

TL;DR: In the present work, the cellular associations were defined by the stage of development of the spermatids, which themselves were characterized by their staining reaction to the “periodic acid-Schiff” technique (hereafter referred to as PAFSA).

Analysis of Variance

TL;DR: The authors have improved on their widely used first edition by adding material on how to do ANOVA using statistical packages for microcomputers, linking the use of ANOVA to regression analysis, and enchancing their discussion on using ANOVA for experimentally gathered data.
