TLDR
In this paper, the value of the quark condensate from quenched QCD simulations on the lattice was determined by using the Gell-Mann-Oakes-Renner (GMOR) formula and comparing the OPE prediction for the Goldstone pole contribution to the pseudoscalar vertex.
