TLDR
Gel-permeation chromatography on Sephadex LH-20, using ethanol as eluent, permits the resolution of neutral hydroxy lipids according to molecular size, and the usefulness of the method for the separation of classes of hydroxylipids which cannot be resolved by other chromatographic procedures is demonstrated.About:

TL;DR: Chemical modification has shown that suppression of charge on the exocyclic carboxyl group of amphotericin B substantially reduces toxicity.

Chromatography of unusual lipids on thin layers of magnesium oxide.
TL;DR: The chromatographic behavior of some minor components of natural lipids was studied using layers of magnesium oxide and of commercial adsorbents containing magnesium oxide to afford means for the detection of unusual lipids in natural materials, and their isolation.

Synthesis of alkoxylipids
TL;DR: Improved and new methods for the chemical synthesis of alkoxylipids were described in this paper, and some applications of synthetic compounds in biological and physicochemical studies as well as recent developments in the biosynthesis of alkyl and alk-1-enyl glycerolipids are discussed briefly.

Chromatography on lipophilic Sephadex.

TL;DR: This chapter describes methods for preparation of different lipophilic Sephadex derivatives that permit the creation of straight- or reversed-phase partition and adsorption systems and of systems based on specific group interactions.

Diol lipids of rat liver. Quantitation and structural characteristics of neutral lipids and phospholipids derived from ethanediol, propanediols, and butanediols.
TL;DR: Specific enzymatic and chemical degradation of neutral lipid and phospholipid fractions from rat liver revealed the presence of novel types of lipid metabolites bearing a short-chain diol backbone, and gas chromatographymass spectrometry confirmed that 1,2-ethanediol, 1,3-propanediol, and 1-3 butanediol can form the polyol backbone of neutral lipids and phosphlipids.
