Abstract
Die Gultigkeit experimentell begrundeter Vorstellungen uber die Morphogenese der Leberkrebszelle fur die Humanpathologie wird an Biopsien von 12 hepatocellularen Carcinomen und 5 Adenomen licht- und z.T. auch elektronenmikroskopisch gepruft. Die Ergebnisse belegen, das der Gestaltwandel der Hepatocyten wahrend der Carcinogenese bei Mensch und Versuchstier prinzipiell ubereinstimmt: In beiden Fallen besteht offenbar eine enge Beziehung zwischen hepatocellularer Glykogenose und Hepatombildung.
