Metal chelates of dithiocarbazic acid and its derivatives. II. Complexes of the schiff bases formed by condensation of S-methyldithiocarbazate with acetone and pyridine-2-aldehyde

TLDR
In this paper, the pyridine-2-aldehyde Schiff base S-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)methylendithiocarbazate, C5H4NCHNN-C(SMe)SH (N-N-SH), forms the square-planar 1:1 complexes [M(N(N))X] (M = Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu; X = Cl, Br, I, NCS, or NO3) and the octahedral 2:

Structural and physical correlations in the biological properties of transition metal heterocyclic thiosemicarbazone and S -alkyldithiocarbazate complexes

TL;DR: The nature of metal complexes of heterocyclic thiosemicarbazones reported in the literature through 1989 have been reviewed with an emphasis on variations in stoichiometry and stereochemistry as discussed by the authors.

Metal complexes of sulphur and nitrogen-containing ligands: Complexes of s-benzyldithiocarbazate and a schiff base formed by its condensation with pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde

TL;DR: Tris-and bis-ligand complexes of nickel with S-benzyldithiocarbazate (SBDTC) have been synthesized and characterized by electronic and IR spectroscopy and magnetic measurements as discussed by the authors.

The coordination chemistry of substituted hydrazines

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple co-ordinative behaviour of bidentate figands is described, and the authors show that it is possible to construct dithiolene-like complexes with co-coordinated ligands.

Magnetic studies of high-spin cobaltous compounds. vii. some thiocyanate complexes

TL;DR: In this paper, the properties of the STACo(NCS)4!/sup 2-/ anion were investigated magnetically and spectroscopically and the effect of bonding the S atom to Hg(II) in moving the -NCS- ion to a stronger position in the spectrochemical series was confirmed.

Thio derivatives of β-Diketones and their metal chelates. III. Metal chelates of some fluorinated Monothio-β-diketones

TL;DR: The inner complexes of both TTMBH and TMPH were obtained with cobalt(III), nicke1(II), palladium(11), platinum (II), zinc(II) and lead(II); they are readily soluble in organic solvents as discussed by the authors.

Thio derivatives of β-diketones and their metal chelates. VI. Metal chelates of 3-Mercapto-1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one and their infrared spectra

TL;DR: In this article, the infrared spectra of the complexes of 3-mercapto-1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one are discussed and the similarity of the spectral properties of these complexes to those of the free ligand and its S-methyl derivative, PhC(SMe)=CHCOPh, indicate that in these three complexes the carbonyl oxygen of the ligand is not, or is at most weakly, coordinated to the metal ion.
