Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing 2, 3- butanediol, belonging to biological chemical industry technique field. It comprises following steps: preparing culture medium, culturing seed and producing 2, 3- butanediol; adding exterior addition factor into fermentation culture medium before fermentation; or adding exterior addition factor during bacteria exponent growth period in 2, 3- butanediol producing process; said exterior addition factor is one or many of citrate, alpha- ketoglutaric acid, boletic acid and L- malic acid. The invention is characterized in that it can increase substrate conversion rate, increase concentration and production strength for target product 2, 3- butanediol, the operation is simple, needs no exterior labor and device, and production cost is low.
