Needs analysis for academic legal English courses in Israel: a model of setting priorities

In this paper, the needs analysis of Israeli law students demonstrates the multifaceted factors involved in determining the needs of Israeli students studying English as a foreign language, including global ones stemming from both the historical and present indebtedness of Israel law to English law and the common law system, and individual ones which include both short term and long term needs.

Developing a profile of the ESP needs of Iranian students: The case of students of nursing and midwifery

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigate the foreign language learning needs of undergraduate medical sciences students studying in faculties of nursing and midwifery in Iran and find that over one-third of the students expressed their dissatisfaction with the number of students in each class, with the teaching methodology used, the method of evaluation, and the amount of foreign culture taught in the class and content of the textbook.
