Work in progress in integrated management of artefacts inautomotive electronics with a focus on requirements is presented and a frame concept for integrated model management is proposed, including an ontology-based domain repository.Abstract:
The current paper presents work in progress in integrated management of artefacts inautomotive electronics with a focus on requirements. A case study on industrial requirements management was performed in a Swedish automotive supplier of software-intensive systems. Based on this case study, a frame concept for integrated model management is proposed. One core element in implementing the frame concept is an ontology-based domain repository. Concepts, architecture and realization of a domain-repository are introduced. The domain repository is based on RDF, RDFS and TRIPLE and includes extensions supporting navigation in the artefact net and derivation of new knowledge: modlets, actlets and spot views.read more

A generic ontology development framework for data integration and decision support in a distributed environment
TL;DR: This work proposes a generic and comprehensive methodology that puts ontology engineering on a firm scientific foundation and at the same time provides a collaborative environment for effective knowledge sharing and reuse and provides a way for automatically extracting frequent terms from the data to construct an ontology in a bottom-up fashion.
Towards an Ontology Design Pattern Quality Model

Integrating process and ontology to support supply chain modelling
TL;DR: This study proposes an ontology model specifically developed to support supply chain process modelling and analysis based on a premise that prior identification of processes the ontology is supposed to support facilitates the ontological development and validation.

TL;DR: A gas sensor assembly comprises first and second sinters each composed of a metal oxide having an electric resistance value varying in dependence on the composition of a detected gas as well as the detected gas temperature, and the first sinter has deposited thereon a catalyst for causing an oxidation reaction of the detectedGas components.
Towards an Ontology Development Methodology for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
TL;DR: In this paper, a new ontology development methodology was proposed for small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) taking the specific characteristics of SME into consideration. But the ontologies are not tailored for SME and their specific demands and preferences, such as that SME prefer mature technologies, and show a clear preference for to a large extent standardised solutions.
