Parameterization of the Atmospheric Surface Layer

TLDR
In this article, a parameterization of the constant flux surface layer is developed in order to provide boundary conditions for numerical models of the atmospheric boundary layer and moist convective layer, and algebraic expressions are found for the turbulence covariances in the surface layer under all stability conditions.
