The assumed etiology of adolescent illegitimate pregnancy is reviewed, and seven central concepts are indicated, and the prognostic value of these, concepts, expressed as antecedent attitudes, is evaluated by secondary analysis of data drawn from a lengthy, survey of seventh graders.
Abstract
The assumed etiology of adolescent illegitimate pregnancy is reviewed, and seven central concepts are indicated. The prognostic value of these, concepts, expressed as antecedent attitudes, is evaluated by secondary analysis of data drawn from a lengthy, survey of seventh graders. A multiple regression equation, of three factor-analysis terms, CR(2)=0.83, is described.

Toward a general theory of psychosocial deviance: The case of aggressive behavior

TL;DR: A partial confirmation of the generality of the theory was provided by a consideration of the literature relating to agressive behavior and two sets of propositions were discussed: those concerning the reciprocal relationship between self-attitudes and aggressive behavior and those dealing with influences toward the adoption of aggressive behavior patterns.
