Institutional drivers of conformity – Evidence for management accounting from Brazil and Germany
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed cross-sectional field study data from a unique set of manufacturing companies in Brazil and Germany and found that management accounting structures and practices in both countries are converging towards international standards under the pressure of coercive, mimetic and normative isomorphism.

TL;DR: In this article, a case study of a sustainable community in Denmark is presented, where the authors explore the concept of opportunity and its role in social entrepreneurship processes, and propose a model of social entrepreneurship process where the process is driven by mobilisation and transformation, and support the creation view of opportunities and the view that opportunity discovery does not necessarily precede resource mobilisation.
