TLDR
In this paper, the theory of singularities of smooth mappings has been used to study the reduction of nonlinear optimization problems to simpler forms, which can be used to reduce the decision space dimensionality, transform the constraint space to simpler form for primal algorithms, and provide sensitivity analysis.
