Eurifoloids A–R, Structurally Diverse Diterpenoids from Euphorbia neriifolia

TL;DR: Eighteen new diterpenoids, named eurifoloids A-R (1-18), including ingenane (1 and 2), abietane (3-7), isopimarane (8-12), and ent-atisane-type norditerpenoid types, along with four known analogues were isolated from Euphorbia neriifolia.

Selective targeting of breast cancer cells through ROS-mediated mechanisms potentiates the lethality of paclitaxel by a novel diterpene, gelomulide K

TL;DR: Results show that enhancement of paclitaxel activity can be achieved with gelomulide K and that the structurally relevant pharmacophore provides important insight into the development of new caspase-independent cell death-inducing agents.

A diterpenoid from roots of Gelonium multiflorum

TL;DR: In this article, a new diterpene diol, along with the three known flavones, kanugin, desmethoxy kanuggin and pinnatin, was isolated from the roots of Gelonium multiflorum and its structure was established as ent -kaurene-3β, 15β-diol mainly on the basis of 2D NMR spectral analyses.
