Infrared, Raman, and Electron Spin Resonance Studies of Vitreous Alkaline Tungsten Phosphates and Related Glasses

TL;DR: In this article, a structural approach of the highly modified glasses P 2 O 5 -WO 3 -A 2 O (A = Li, Na) was investigated using various spectroscopic techniques such as infrared, Raman, and electron spin resonance (ESR).
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigations of molybdenum redox phenomenon in Li2O–MoO3–P2O5 phosphate glasses

TL;DR: In this article, the relationship between the formation of the reduced state of molybdenum in phosphate glasses and the type of gases released in heating batch materials has been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

EPR structural characterisation of some alkali phosphate glasses

TL;DR: In this paper, it is known that W 5+, Mo 5+ and Fe 3+ ions are sensitive indicators for structural changes of the local symmetry in oxide glasses, and these centres were used as EPR probes in P 2 O 5 -A 2 MO 4 -a 2 O (M=Mo, W and A=Li, Na).
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of tungsten metal-oxide addition on physical, structural, and electrical properties of borophosphate glasses

TL;DR: In this article , Li2WO4-40P2O5-10B2O3 system is used to synthesize uniformly mixed glassy materials with up to 50 mol% Li2O4 and the results indicate that the ion transport in the glasses is governed by the correlated barrier hopping mechanism, which follows Jonscher's power behavior.
