TLDR
In this paper, the reaction of excess p-tolylsulfonylmethylisocyanide (L′) is reacted with Cu(NO3)2, the mixed-valence CuICuII complex Cu2L′6(NO 3)3 (5) is precipitated, while using CuCN gives the CuI dimer Cu 2L′4(CN)2 (4).

Synthetic Uses of Tosylmethyl Isocyanide (TosMIC)

TL;DR: TosMIC is the only commercially available sulfonylmethyl isocyanide, which can be stored at room temperature without decomposition as discussed by the authors, and it is a stable, colorless, practically odorless solid.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, characterization and biodistribution of a new technetium-99m complex with trimethylsilylmethylisonitrile. Comparison with 99mTc-TBI and 99mTc-MIBI.

TL;DR: The tissue biodistribution of this new technetium complex differed markedly, as it was mainly taken up in the liver and not at all in the heart.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of new diisocyanide rhenium complexes. Comparison with the homoleptic 99mTc complex

TL;DR: In this article, a diisocyanide ligand possessing a polyether backbone was synthesized and its complexing ability towards metal such as 99mTc, Cu and Re was evaluated.

Electrochemical parametrization of rhenium redox couples

A. B. P. Lever
- 14 Feb 1991 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the observed rhenium potentials for Re IV/III, Re III/II, and Re II/I reversible couples, for mononuclear species, were analyzed in terms of the electrochemical parametrization scheme based upon Ru III/I couples.

Recent Applications of α‐Metalated Isocyanides in Organic Synthesis

TL;DR: In this article, the use of α-metalated isocyanides as synthons for α metalated primary amines has been discussed, where they can be used for synthesis of higher amino acids starting from simple amino acids.
